Powers/Abilities: Sagittar's lower torso is that of a stallion which gives him great speed and maneuverability. He also wields a magical bow, given by Capricorn which shoots emotion controlling arrows.

History: Capricorn discovered Sagittar through one of his archeological research in the Himalayas. Found and unearthed in a life capsule, Sagittar woke up without memory of what he was and where he came from.
