History: Born in the 1990s, the boy who later named himself Sabre grew up in a collapsing society full of petty local dictators and genetically engineered people and human/animal hybrids. By 2020 he was a hardened survivor and considered a dangerous threat by some of those dictators, such as the Overseer.
