Powers/Abilities: Able to transverse the two realities of Dakota and DC.

History: Fred Bentson was a man who somehow lived simultaneously in both Dakota (in the Milestone universe) and Metropolis (in the DC Universe), a state of affairs that left him more than a little unhinged, especially as Superman was a fictional character in the world of Dakota. He came to believe that both universes were only figments of his imagination, and when he somehow gained near god-like powers, he set about wreaking havoc with the reality of both universes.

Comments: Very similar sounding to Access, who likewise linked DC with Marvel.
