Powers/Abilities: Telepathic, able to teleport, superstrong, and able to shapeshift. Possibly invulnerable in his natural form. He could fly at the speed of light. His powers depend on energy from his homeworld, and can be blocked by electromagnetic storms.

History: An alien from another planet who has come to Earth to battle evil and save those in danger. He would receive telepathic messages for help and then rush to their aid.

Thanks to Stuart McPherson for informing me of the existence of this character. Stuart mentions that "He only appeared in a Commando-stye (in size and shape) comic book, his own title (a reprint of his Italian one apparently). It had some colour in it which was unusual for a British comic then...must have been the 60s but late. What was odd was that he seemed to be pretty secretive and not known to the world but whenever he got a call for help it was "only RADAR can save me" Costume don't remember too well but a red top I think with yellow triangle on chest."
