Powers/Abilities: Magno can repel or attracy things with his hands, allowing him to deflect bullets. He can generate electricity through his hands, giving people he punches electric shocks or melting metal with a touch. He needs to keep his energy levels up through occasional recharging by exposing himself to an electrical current.
History: Tom Dalton worked for an electric company as a lineman. An accident on the job exposed him to ten thousand D.C. volts of electricity, leaving him near death; a colleague rather bizarrely was inspired to revive him with an equal current A.C. voltage, which inexplicably actually worked. In addition, Tom learned he had gained incredible powers, which he used as the costumed crimefighter Magno.

Magno appeared in Smash Comics #13 tp #21. After the Quality line were bought by D.C., he briefly returned only to die in All-Star Squadron #32.
