Powers/Abilities: Quill posses razor sharp claws and arm spikes which can slice through most materials. He is exceptionally fast and agile.

History: Quill is a Warpie, a child transformed by the Jaspers' Warp, a reality distortion that engulfed Britain, unleashed by the insane mind of the mutant Mad Jim Jaspers. Though Jaspers was eventually slain, dissipating his warp, many victims exposed to it, including unborn children, did not return to normal. The anomalous presence of extradimensional hero Captain U.K. prevented reality fully healing, resulting in new Warpies continuing to be born, while the existing Warpies retained their new forms by unknowingly drawing on interdimensional energies gathered by a cross dimensional citadel. Government agency RCX was charged with gathering up the Warpies, but upon seeing the powers some of the Warpies demonstrated, RCX's leader Nigel Orpington-Smythe, codename Peter, came to view them as potential assets that could be molded into superpowered soldiers to defend the U.K. Quill was the defacto leader of the first group to be deemed combat ready, the Cherubim.
