Powers/Abilities: Able to become invisible, immune to bullets. Looking at the image, it appears he could also electrify his own body.
History: After being exposed to radiation at an atomic bomb test site, an unidentified man becomes the hero known as Powerman.
Comments: Thanks to Dansen T.Stahl who provided the following information, gleaned from an old fan magazine "Rocket Blast Comi-Collector".
"Costume: Full body suit extending up to cover all his head except for a slit around the eyes. Square emblem in middle of chest. Trunks. No gloves. Powerman appeared in Punch Comics. He had a green-tinted visor, yellow chest piece, and red costume. Art was by John Delaney" He also told me what the character's powers were too.
