Powers/Abilities: Superhuman strength, able to fly. Able to freeze people. Has a form of x-ray vision, allowing him to see inside people's bodies (a "perk of the job")

History: Arnie is the cousin of George Sunday, a.k.a. Thermoman. Like his cousin he is an alien from the planet Ultron gifted with superhuman powers, although he has been stripped of many of them and banned from using the abilities by his superiors. He likes to put advertisements on the back of his costume, and howls when he is upset.

He is dating Mrs.Raven, the extremely nasty receptionist at Pierrs Crispin's surgery - so nasty in fact that she has a stint as a supervillain, The Raven. He also stole the Crown Jewels at one point.

Comments: Played by Lou Hirsch, perhaps better known as Baby Herman in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
