History: The woman known as Ms.Marine is a self-styled defender of the oceans. For years she worked as a member of the Canadian Liberty League, but now she is in semi-retirement. She alternates between teaching marine biology at the University of Victoria, and spending life with her killer whale friends, Toby and Becky. She is however willing to return to the superhero fold when her old allies call on her.
