Powers/Abilities: Able to stop clocks by shouting "Stop time." Apparently just clocks mind, not time, as everyone else continues to move around as normal in his presence. He could also teleport to follow someone's trail, merely by saying "Stop time" and commanding it so, despite not knowing the actual destination; by saying "time proceed" he teleported back.

Summary: Sportsman Neal Carruthers III has an unusual ability; when the giant bell in the steeple tolls 12, he can shout "Stop time" and it will pause on the seventh stroke until he signals it to continue with a wave of his hand. Using this ability, he becomes Mister Midnite, a vigilante who leaves stopwatches with their hands pointing to twelve as his trade mark.
