Moonstone has made a name for itself predominately as a publisher of licensed titles based on classic characters, reviving many of the old pulp era heroes in new adventuers, but they've also produced a number of original titles, including some in the superhero genre. They recently announced plans for a company wide crossover featuring many of their characters: Dark Side of the Moon, written by Martin Powell, which is set to feature the Phantom, Buckaroo Banzai, Captain Action, Sherlock Holmes, the Cisco Kid, Airboy, Domino Lady, Kolchak, and Mandrake.
