Powers/Abilities: Mocker's android form is more durable than a human's. He can emit sonic blasts.
History: Feeling undervalued a group of technicians from various leading tech corporations banded together hoping to develop a prototype for a servant/assembly line android. To this end they stole parts from their various employers to create the Mark R, unwittingly producing a self-aware mechanical man. However the technicians got cold feet, worried that the tech companies would swiftly realise that Mark R contained their stolen and patented technology, so they decided to dismantle their creation. Unwilling to let them end his existence Mark R killed them all, changed his name to Mocker, and set off to become a supervillain.

Originally created for the Villains and Vigilantes tabletop role-playing game's first scenario, Crisis at Crusader Citadel, Mocker subsequently appeared in the Villains and Vigilantes comic miniseries released by Eclipse Comics which adapted that scenario.
