Powers/Abilities: Giant robot, superhuman strength, armed with a variety of missiles and other weapons. Unlike Mazinger Z and Aphrodite A who were both constructed using the Alloy Z material, Minerva X was made of an inferior alloy that tended to melt when it was exposed to the heat generated by the Mazinger Z robot.

History: (Mazinger Z) Minerva X was created by Dr.Hell to battle the heroic mecha Mazinger Z, built from designs stolen from Dr.Kabuto, Mazinger's creator. The Minerva X robot was controlled by the Jewel found on her waist area, which in turn responded to the power generated by the Mazinger Z robot, which caused it to be "emotionally" affected when it met the Mazinger Z robot for the first time. Bizarrely Mazinger Z appeared to fall in love with Minerva X, but this still didn't stop him from destroying her when his mecha ally Diana Alpha A and her pilot Sayaka Yumi.

(Great Mazinger) She was later rebuilt by Dr.Yumi, becoming Venus Ace.
