History: Milimeter is a young girl who stole a magical ring from the evil scientist Dr.Liliput. Using it's power to freeze time she battles both the villainous Doctor (and his robots, Frank and Stein), as well as school yard bullies.

Comments: Created by Bari Prigat. She is the star of a series of books which began publication in 1999 - thus far nine have been released with at least another three promised.
