Powers/Abilities: Ian can speed himself up so that he effectively moves in a different time frame from those around him. While in this state normal people appear to be frozen in time, which Alan uses in combat to deadly advantage.

History: A former secret agent, and secretly an esper with deadly mental powers, Ian McVicar was recruited by fellow esper Linda Williams to hunt for missing father. At the conclusion of that job the two of them, along with the others similarly recruited by Linda, had attracted unwanted attention from powerful people who wanted them dead. So the Espers decided to stay together for mutual protection. Fuller profile to follow.
