Powers/Abilities: Unclear - has barbwire as a "weapon of choice", presumably meaning she can generate it at will. May be able to manifest anywhere her image is, such as through televisions if a video is playing.

History: Spoiled Hollywood starlet Victoria Starfield was one of Tinseltown's hottest young things until she was horribly scarred in a car accident following a night of binge drinking. After two years of reconstructive surgery, Victoria became a recluse; suffering from depression, the demonic Tung Fei Bang played on her unhappiness to coax her into suicide, then sent her spirit to Blacksect's "Sub Hell 6". Freed by her spirit guide War Gainnes, she was recruited into Crowd Control's special ops Reaper program, and sent back to Earth on a mission to defend five young children who would be important to the Earth's future. Armed with the powers of the Risen and the Fallen, and no longer human, Victoria Starfield is now Mazscara.
