History: Mandu is a vampire lord with Nazi-type tendencies. He is also the owner of "le Batt", a nightclub and bar which caters mainly to any sort mutants and creatures (humans don't know this fact but frequent the hot spot anyway.) He is a potential threat to Nocturna, a rival vampire lord.
