History:

Comments: When National Periodicals threatened a lawsuit claiming the Moth infringed Batman's copyright, Fox changed the character to become the Lynx. Though the Lynx's original costume is basically the Moth slightly redrawn, and they share the same powers, because so little background information is given about either hero, there appears to be nothing to say they are meant to be the same person within the context of the fictional universe they inhabit.

The Lynx was briefly revived by Americomics, only to die in Femforce #43 (thanks to Mike Murphy for this information).
