Powers/Abilities: Empowered by technology hidden within his belt, Lightning can fly, transform into lightning and project lightning bolts; he controls these abilities through dials on the belt. He can render himself bulletproof by generating heat around his body so that the bullets melt before reaching him. He is skilled in brawling and Jiu Jitsu throws.
