Powers/Abilities: Skilled mesmerist and stage magician.

History: Once a simple Chinese peasant, Li H'Sen Chang witnessed the arrival of future war criminal Magnus Greel, who had escaped justice in his own time by using a dangerous experimental time craft. Mistaking the dying criminal for the ancient god Weng Chiang, Li H'Sen Chang cared for him, keeping Greel alive long enough for the villain to create a device which could leech off the life essences of others to sustain his own damaged form. Greel learned that his time cabinet had been taken to London, and with Li H'Sen Chang and other followers
