He is one of the main figures in Power Academy (a school for superheroes) who specializes in teaching about potions and spells. He is Boy Bawang's father, a new superhero character introduced in the TV Series.
In the 80s movie, Kumander Bawang's costume is yellow green with cape. In the Super Inggo TV Series, his costume was changed (see the above picture).
