History: Koltan is a former Israeli army general. Though he is of advancing years (he's sixty) and his powers are limited to his senses, lacking either offensive or defensive aspects, his ability to perceive the flow of any kind of energy down to a molecular level still makes him a valuable member of Adirir Atchelet.
