Comments: A weekly adventure title launched by Fleetway, with the first issue cover dated 4th May 1968, Jag stood out from most other comics on sale in British newagents due to its larger, tabloid-sized pages and better quality paper, with additional colour pages. However, this also led to a higher price, with Jag being twice as expensive as many of its contemporaries. In February 1969 Jag's page size was reduced while its page count was increased, presumably an effort to make it more appealing to potential buyers, but despite this Jag was cancelled the next month, the last issue dated 29th March 1969, and merged into Tiger a week later.
