Powers/Abilities: Able to transform into water, to move through it at high speeds, and to form various shapes using it.

History: Scientist Harry Thurston discovered a chemical that could transform matter into water, accidentally spilling it on his own arm. He swiftly called his friend Bob Blake round, but Harry's clumsy assistant Tom Kinsman accidentally doused Blake in the same liquid, transforming him into a puddle of water. After restoring him using the antidote, Harry convinced Bob to become a crimefighter, Hydroman. Using force of will, he swiftly gained the control of his new powers, allowing him to turn to water on command.

Comments: Hydroman would occasionally team up with Rainbow Boy.
