Powers/Abilities: Able to generate intense heat from his hands, and possibly from his entire body.

History: The Hotness is an ineffectual hero desperate to become famous and respected, but sadly restricted by his limited powers, inept social abilities, and own desperate overeagerness. He briefly dated Electroclash, though she claimed she was mostly interested in using him to annoy her father, the prominent hero Rampart, who the Hotness managed to aggravate greatly. In his down time the Hotness hung out with his few friends at the superhero pub The Fortress where he was often the butt of jokes from the much more successful superhero jerk Excelsor. However, he finally landed a prestigious gig as a member of the United Capes of America, complete with his own action figure, though he got the job because the recruiter viewed him as the team's bumbling comic relief.
