Powers/Abilities: Whenever Freddie ate a tin of the beans he became superhumanly strong, fast and agile for a limited period of time.

History: Freddie's powers came from 'Ben's Beans', a new brand of tinned baked beans which he found at his local corner shop in Jackpot #1. Freddie was the very first person to buy a tin and, consequently, he won a prize: as many tins as he could carry. Clever Freddie used his new-found powers to scoop up every tin of 'Ben's Beans' in the store, which also just happened to be every tin of Ben's Beans in the world, and he stored 'em in the attic of his parents house - crafty, eh?

Comments: Since the beans seemed to have gone off the market almost as soon as they went out, sooner or later Freddie's supply would have to run out.

Another character to get powers from tins of beans was the other Fred in Fiend's Beans.
