Powers/Abilities: Able to project intense cold. She can effectively turn people into ice if she wants to.

History: Freezy (before her transformation) worked as a clerk in an ice plant. Her boss raped and killed her, then attempted to conceal his crime by hiding her body in a block of ice. Somehow the ice was exposed to radiation from a strange meteorite, which caused the block to melt and in some manner revived the woman within. Deciding that men were only concerned with forcing themselves on women, she used her new abilities to start to kill them all, one by one, a campaign which brought her into conflict with Captain Barbell.
