History: Photographer Paul Patton created the costumed identity of the Fox so that he could be the first on the scene whenever a crime happened.
Comments: Created by Joe Blair and Irwin Hasen.
In March 1984 in Blue Ribbons Comics #6, Paul Patten Jnr. took over the identity of the Fox from his father.
