Powers/Abilities: Able to shrink to tiny size. Grows wings at the insect size, allowing him to fly.
History: The Fly Man was actually Professor Lyn Norton, who invented a helmet that allowed him to shrink in size; Norton even became microscopic in at least one adventure. When Norton shrank he also grew wings "like Marvel's "Wasp" character.
