History: Flashback is a "Bang Baby" and member of the Blood Syndicate. She is the sister of Fade, and a crack addict.

Comments: Thanks to Robert Thompson for clarifying Flashback's powers with the "particle" description. He points out that she and her brother are linked by time as well as blood, since she is a particle and he a wave, both manipulating time in different ways.
