History: SWAT officer Kent Dawning was involved in a drugs bust that went violently wrong, and was injected with Hyperdrenaline, an experimental narcotic that boosted his strength and left him unable to feel pain...until it wore off, when all the blocked pain would hit at once. Believed dead, he became the Fixer, a vigilante, but the continued use of the drug left his depowered self a shell of his former self.
