History: Poor Mark Williams. All he wanted was to become a superhero in the worst way possible. And that's exactly what happened. Literally, in the worst way possible.
To save his fiance's life, Mark found himself forced to take on the powers (and gender) of the warrior goddess of a long-dead civilization. Now that decision may cost him everything he holds dear... his family, his friends, the life he knew as Mark Williams, and even his fiance, Andi. As if that wasn't enough of a problem, Mark grew up protestant, but Ashtanyaka, the goddess who took over his body is pagan, and the fusion of the two, Marcia, is struggling with it all, trying to reconcile the two and not having a strong go of it.
Torn between his male mind and his female body, Mark/Marcia is stuck with a moniker he/she hates (so dubbed by the press) and a life he never asked for. But then again, all those powers are awfully nice...
