Powers/Abilities: Good fighter, uses fear inspired by his chilling "rubberoid" mask to gain advantage in combat.
History: Angered by the seemingly endless stories of crime he had to announce, radio newsman Tony Trent decided to fight it himself. Designing a terrifying mask that would frighten criminals and give him a momentary advantage over his opponents, he became the Face.
As the War hotted up, Trent would later turn his hand to fighting spies and saboteurs.
