Powers/Abilities: A weapons expert and deadly accurate shot, Enforcer can generate a force field a few inches from his body.
History: Eric Forrest used to investigations for the CIA, but when he was assigned to eliminate a scientist, Dr. Edison, whose only crime had been developing a formula to enhance the psi potential of the human brain that the CIA thought might be dangerous in the wrong hands, Eric decided to protect the doctor instead. Though he was ultimately unable to save Edison, the scientist gave Eric a dose of the formula before he was slain, and Eric developed the ability to create a protective forcefield with his mind. Combining this with his lethal skillset Eric reinvented himself as a superhero, Enforcer.

Originally created for the Villains and Vigilantes tabletop role-playing game's first scenario, Crisis at Crusader Citadel, Enforcer subsequently appeared in the Villains and Vigilantes comic miniseries released by Eclipse Comics which adapted that scenario.
Dr. Edison was called Dr. Freidrich in the Crisis at Crusader Citadel module, but his name changed to Edison for the comic.
