History: Dusk was a vigilante with a overbearing sense of justice. She and Static became close friends, though things were strained when he allowed a drug dealer to escape because he had recognised the dealer as the boyfriend of his closest friend. Later she was shot when she and Static attempted to capture the dealer before he could be murdered by others of his kind, and Static took her to safety. Shortly after this she left Dakota, informing Static that she was wanted for murder.
