Powers/Abilities: Able to fly, to walk through solid objects, and to turn invisible. Superhumanly strong and able to change size; grows weaker as he becomes larger and stronger as he shrinks. Good fighter. Can be hurt while materialized, but not killed.

History: Becoming an Earth-bound ghost upon his death, top police officer Paddy Sullivan elected to fight crime as the Duke of Darkness, taking on the similarly undead Professor Evil and later the nightmare lord Mr. Slumber. Between solving crimes he resides in the jails at the local police station, since the chief (who doesn't know the Duke is Paddy) can't abide his vigilante activities; though the bars can't hold him, the Duke chooses to stay there as it provides him easy crimefighting leads.
