Powers/Abilities: Unknown, but includes being a good marksman.

History: "I am Dr. Kent Marlow... I'm a psychiatrist, a doctor who heals the mind... I specialize in dreams." By day he might be a shrink, but by night Marlow would set out solve the problems of select victims who came to his as patients with problems in another manner entirely - as the Dreamer. Clad in a red cape, green tights with blue trunks and a "billowing white shirt", he would use the two pistols carried on his belt to carry out some permanent solutions.

Thanks to Dansen T. Stahl for providing information on this character, originally gleaned from seventies fanzine Rocket Blast Comi-Collector, where it was contributed by Howard P. Siegel. Siegel described the character thus: "Gracing the cover of Wow Comics no. 26, the Dreamer was a creation Jerry LaPare, a prolific Canadian artist who specialized in swiping Alex Raymond." He likens him to a mixture of the Sandman (not the Neil Gaiman version) and Mandrake the Magician. Under the oval design on his shirt, the word "Morpheus" is emblazoned.
