History: Martha Roberts was the girlfriend of Darrell Dane, the vigilante known as Doll Man. After Darrell had been adventuring for a few years, Martha began to wonder how she could more actively help her man fight crime; simultaneously, Darrell was wondering how he might get himself a partner. Somehow their combined desires caused Martha to gain similar powers to Darrell, and she shrank down to six inches in height. Taking the name Doll Girl, she became her boyfriend's new partner.
Comments: After one adventure together in 1944, Martha quit the hero business until December 1951 and Doll Man #37.
