Simon Williams' Discotronic Funk Commandos

The white man had his Elvis...the black man had the soul...No one knew what they were going to do, but Discotron, he had a goal, he said "Let there be light...", and there was light..."Let fashion be loud...", and it was loud! "Let music be fun...", and it was fun..."and let there be afros...", and there were afros...."Let there be FUNK!" And thus was born the grooviest cats ever in the history of the fight against evil...Super Trouper.. .Dancing Queen... Afro Man... Captain Massachusetts... and their ever reliable receptionist, Randy Hogan...THE DISCOTRONIC FUNK COMMANDOS !"

Simon Williams, known to many for his work on various Panini (Marvel UK) titles, created the Discotronic Funk Commandos, groovy seventies style heroes brought into the modern era. You can read some of their adventures in their online comic.
