Powers/Abilities: The robot could transform into a number of shapes, including a tank complete with shells. However, he could only hold said shapes for a brief duration, before reverting to his robot form.

History: Somehow Danny came into possession of robot who could transform into numerous shapes by turning the dial on his chest.

Comments: The Dialing Man made a cameo in Albion as one of the partially disassembled robots residing in Penny Dolmann's workshop.
