Powers/Abilities: Dash is a dead shot with a gun, a skilled boxer, knows at least some jui-jitsu, an expert knife thrower, and trained in the use of most weapons. He is also a disguise expert.

History: After his young daughter is shot dead outside his antique shop, caught in the crossfire between two warring sets of gangsters, Tom Dash sells his business and spends the next year training, determined to fight until his city is rid of gangsters.
