Powers/Abilities: Able to fly (dart) through the air, excellent fighter, particularly with swords.

History: A crimefighter in ancient Rome, the flying hero Caius Martius was frozen inside a block of stone by his enemy the sorcerer Martius, awakening again in the modern day.

Comments: The Dart's sidekick is Ace Barlow, also known as Amazing Boy. The young lad was witness to his parent's death in a drive-by shooting, and was only saved from death by Dart's intervention. After becoming his sidekick Ace wore a similar costume as his partner, and demonstrated the same powers of flight.
