Powers/Abilities:Condor wears a high-tech winged costume that enables him to fly, shields him from attacks and enhances his strength to low level superhuman.

History: Computer programmer Brian Rapp was working for Status Communications in Michigan alongside an old high school friend, Dennis Machek, when the pair chanced to witness the assassination of Freedom Eagle, America's first and greatest superhero. Dying, the hero gave Brian his costume and gadgets, prompting Brian tocarry on Freedom Eagle's legacy as Condor.
