Powers/Abilities: Buddy drove the Firecracker pick-up truck and wore the Penetrator Mask which could turn him insubstantial, able to walk through walls. Occasionally he wore the Wildcat. He was a skilled mechanic.

History: Buddy was secretly a member of the M.A.S.K. crimefighting team.
