History: A supervillain whose whole life revolved around fighting superheroes, Chukumukus found himself transported to an alternate Earth which had no superhumans. After a lengthy search for an opponent, Chukumukus located the space-based hero "the Blue Space Rover" and a team of four heroes from another parallel world.
