History: Believed dead by his former employers, government agent Kevin King returned home to find his old stomping grounds over-run by crime. Unable to stand idly by, he became a costumed vigilante, whom the local graffiti artists dubbed Chocolate Thunder.
Comments: Created by the Love Brothers, as a tribute to '70s Blaxploitation. Speakeasy Comics' Chocolate Thunder #1 never made it to print, but Jeremy and Robert Love still published online as a Flash movie, "Chocolate Thunder: On My Way".
