History: Charisma Venus was a cosmetics manufacturer. But her company went bankrupt when an atomic power plant was built next door to her factory. A lead shield-wall was ruptured, and her stored up stock was left radioactive. No one would buy from her anymore, and without cash coming in she couldn't pay the bills and went bankrupt. However the irradiated stock metamorphasized, so that the wearer became irresistible to the opposite sex, rendering them puppets to the wearer's will. Using this she began a life of bank robbery, until she was finally captured by the hero Gay Guy.
Comments: Created by John Byrne for his college newspaper. He would re-use the character as Karisma in #266 of Fantastic Four.
