Real Name: Sam

Identity/Class: Human mutate

Occupation: Unknown

Affiliations: Gus (friend),

Enemies: Cheever

Known Relatives: None

Aliases: None

Base of Operations: Hong Kong

First Appearance: Catman in Lethal Track (1990)

Powers/Abilities: Superstrength, "lazer vision", "tv remote vision" (he could change the channels on his tv by looking at it). He had no "cat-like" reflexes or anything like that, but he did have some sort of skill in fighting, it seemed like basic karate mixed with street brawling. He also bomb device that was located on his goggles. He may have been bulletproof because he ended up blocking some bullets with his wrists, but that could have been something to do with his costume.

History: After being scratched by a radioactive cat, Sam took on the costume identity of Catman in order to fight crime.

Comments: Played by Jonathan Isgar. As well as "Catman in Lethal Track", Isgar reprised the role in "Catman in Boxer's Blow" (1993)
