History: Cap'n Quick was an Earth kid of above average intelligence and a wild imagination who was into science and inventing. While seeking to modify some sneakers so they could transport her inside computer games she was subtly redirected in her soldering by an invisible individual who had materialised in her basement workshop. After completing work on the footwear she donned a makeshift costume that included her grandfather's old flying helmet and a towel for a cape, and tried activating her creation, only to be instantly transported across dimensions. Finding herself in a bizarre world she quickly encountered and was befriended by Klonsbon, a Foozle, but fell foul of the overbearing authorities. She also discovered the sneakers granted her the ability to move at superhuman speeds. After teaming up with the Foozle and others to bring down the corrupt administration running the world she and her new friend sought to find a way to return her to Earth.

Comments: Created by Marshall Rogers.

We never learned Cap'n Quick's real name; the Foozle called her "Cap'n" simply because that was how he spoke, and then the Darklydale Dancers nicknamed her Quick after seeing how fast she could move; after that she combined the two and started telling people to call her Cap'n Quick.

The shoes Cap'n Quick worked on were "ol' sneakers o' Mark's" - we never meet Mark or get confirmation of how he is connected to Cap'n Quick, but given she's got access to an old pair of his sneakers that now fit her, but which apparently weren't officially given to her (or else she'd think of them as her sneakers) an older sibling seems a solid possibility.
