First Appearance: Canadian Legion #1 (Arcana Studios)

History: Unknown.

Comments: Created by Richard Evans and Jake Bilbao. His concept was to do a "Canadian superhero team in the wide screen style of the Ultimates". He notes that they are not just about defending Canada: "just as the Justice League isn't about America, The Canadian Legion isn't just about Canada."
